“At the Rodeo” They’d have a great time at the Rodeo watchin’ the Cowboy tame the Buckin’ Bronco, Drinkin’ “Budweiser” real slow with the scorching heat of the Rodeo. Quite a crowd has gathered to see how far the next cowboy can go. A trophy at stake, it mattered, the stallion, the cowboy, he did throw. The next cowboy fared a bit better, the one after stole the show. All the fun of the Rodeo . . . MyStoryUK “Fantastic Voyage” Stephen Mulcahy Jensen

“Andalucia” Freshly squeezed orange juice in a glass in Seville, and in my bed the sexy señorita lies, still. Selfish indulgence I know, but inside, I feel a warm glow. A stroll in the early morning sun, then a gallery, a train to a beach . . . in Andalucia, you can be free. And its a fantastic sight . . . you in your bikini. Selfish indulgence I know, but inside, I feel a warm glow. A well chosen restaurant in the evening, the guitar music gives the atmosphere new meaning. Next morning back in Seville my sexy señorita, lies still. Selfish indulgence I know, but inside, I feel a warm glow. A stroll to a bookshop . . . then later more gastronomic delights. The day ended with a trip to Seville’s Stadium, that night to see Man-United win 2-1 in a friendly. At the final whistle Juanita threw her arms around me. Boy, I have it tough! The victory alone was enough. Selfish indulgence I know, but inside, I feel a warm glow. Then Juanita and I get a taxi and a plane so we can return to London and get soaked in the rain. But we’ll be thinking about Andalucia, and experiencing more of it, next year. Adios . . . . MyStoryUK “Fantastic Voyage” Stephen Mulcahy Jensen

“Clapham Junction” He dined with Executives Maltese, fine wine, great bread, Gozo cheese . . . at an important international delegates’ function. Then off to explore the Bronze Age Settlement . . . Clapham Junction. Clapham Junction . . . Mediterranean style, he couldn’t help but linger for a while. He screamed orgasmically “Clapham Junction!” For it held with him a certain fascination. “If I ever visit this island, again, Mildred, we’re coming here . . . I want to make it plain. We’ve got nothing to lose. Yes dear, now can I go shopping for shoes!?”

“Compact world” Australia in his pocket . . . in the form of “Berlitz” travel guide. “Blondie” Greatest Hits on his CD player . . . he’s in for a long night.

“Elephant Man” A friend once asked me, “What pet would you have if you could have any pet you want?” I replied, “Well, I’d need a bigger place . . . but I’d have to say, an Elephant!” MyStoryUK “Fantastic Voyage” Stephen Mulcahy Jensen

“Fantastic Voyage” I once knew a man who went to Japan. I’d love to see the ‘Sumos’ the ladies in their “Kimonos” or watch “Godzilla” movies ‘til my heart’s content. This sounds to me, like some strange kind of fulfillment. Oodles of Noodles! Washed down with a nice glass of “Sake” and nowhere will you be subjected to “Big Brother” or “Parky.” There’s a gallery in Tokyo of a chimpanzee’s art. Japan’s not just pollution, you know, some of them are all heart. From “Blazing Neon” to the “Rabbit Warren”, you might well think, the Japs are crazy. But why does the West always know best? Maybe its their vision that’s hazy. The man of which I wrote, went there in a boat. Still, if you’re not in a hurry then there’s no need to worry . . . about airports and flights. “Iceland” Iceland conjures up images of volcanoes, geysers and puffins, loads of these. Not to mention Eidur Gudjohnsen and the actress Scarlett Johansson, star of “Lost in Translation” and other great movies. I bet Reykjavik’s groovy. Viking longboats in some museum. But if you go there, wrap up warm. Officially the happiest place on Earth once, locals downing champagne every night, such affluence! You’d even tolerate Bjork songs in the clubs there for the scenery and the chance to breathe in clean air. Yes, Iceland is more than just a supermarket, a place of inspiration and peace and quiet. Iceland, Iceland, I bet I’d love my hotel. Iceland, Iceland, I’m sure it would be swell . . . if a tad remote. Iceland, Iceland, Iceland, Iceland, I’m sure the architecture’s not bland . . . there. Come to this picturesque place for a week to escape “The Rat Race”. You don’t have to be a “Mastermind” to appreciate Magnus Manusson’s kind . . . Iceland, Iceland, not just a supermarket, a place of natural beauty and peace and quiet. MyStoryUK “Fantastic Voyage” Stephen Mulcahy Jensen

“Le Corbusier” Le Corbusier, Le Corbusier, your creations make me stand and stare. The French didn’t invent culture but they gave it a new meaning. Le Corbusier, Le Corbusier, I really did love your buildings. Raoul La Roche, chairman of Credit de Commercial du France wasn’t going to leave the creation of his house to chance. What you would’ve come up with, he must have eagerly anticipated and he must have been so very proud and thrilled with what you created. And Le Corbusier, Le Corbusier, I said, Le Corbusier, What about your Parliament buildings in Chandigarh, India. Your Japanese Art Gallery in Tokyo blew us away. And then there’s Inité d’Habitation down in the very heart of Marseille. The Cité du Refuge was another jewell, too. Le Corbusier, Le Corbusier . . . we all remember you. “Mickey and Co have landed” The mice on a rocket headed for the moon, if you please, cause they “heard it on the grapevine” that the moon’s made of cheese!

MyStoryUK “Fantastic Voyage” Stephen Mulcahy Jensen

“Salvador Dali” Salvador Dali, I loved your imagery. The classic, “clocks melting on trees”. No one captures fantasy quite like Salvador Dali. To Salvador, Praise Be! I simply adored your “Lobster on a telephone”. As surrealist postcards go, it’s out on it’s own. And what about your groundbreaking masterpiece “Elephants and Swans” ? In a gallery, I could happily get lost in your illusions. Salvador Dali, I loved your skies, a sumptuous feast for the eyes. Salvador Dali, you had panache, I dug your handlebar moustache. Salvador, Salvador, Oh Salvador, I would have liked to have gone on a tour . . . of Spain with you Taken in a café or two. But you were already an old man when I was in my teens. So I’ll just have to make do with your Splendid and Beautiful scenes. Adios, Salvador. MyStoryUK “Fantastic Voyage” Stephen Mulcahy Jensen

“The Girls of Paris” I recall the first time I went to Paris with the French girls, I wanted to steal a kiss. I love the sexy French girls . . . so much style, I love the French girls and you always get a smile. It makes the journey from”Kings Cross” worthwhile, not that Paris is all that boring . . . with its great restaurants and galleries. But without the French girls, it would be nothing and the mademoiselles always aim to please.

“7 days in Slovenia” I’d like to spend 7 days in Slovenia visiting Lake Bled, Julien Alps, Ljubljana, photo “Dragon Bridge” in the “Old Town”. I’m sure I’d love the sights, the smells, the sounds . . . of the former Yugoslav republic and the “babes” and the culture, lay it on thick! I’d like to go there when it’s snowin’ or sunny, I’m convinced that I wouldn’t need much money . . . To have a good time there, go to “Central Market Square”. 7 days in Slovenia wouldn’t be a drag, I could even drape myself in the Slovenian flag, bought as a souvenir. Get smashed out my skull on beer. Enjoy the local cuisine, then return home to the same old scene, the same boring, humdrum routine . . . But I’d be in “Piran” in my dream. Life in London’s East End, can be really tough, would 7 days in Slovenia be enough? Or should I cross the border into Italy and turn it into a sensational holiday? MyStoryUK “Fantastic Voyage” Stephen Mulcahy Jensen

14

7 days in Slovenia would be so nice, a week there, you wouldn’t have to ask twice. 7 days in Slovenia, send postcards home. A hell of a lot more fun than “The Millennium Dome”. 7 days in Slovenia 7 days in Slovenia . . . I strongly believe that I am an “Escapism Junkie”. I need 7 days in Slovenia and a pet monkey!

“The Chopstick Poem” I can write a good love poem, I’m pretty good at Maths. I can draw portraits and take damn good photographs. But I can’t use chopsticks! I’ve been able to do jigsaw puzzles since I was 8. I can speak a bit of Spanish . . . at a football quiz I’d be great. But I can’t use chopsticks! I’ve studied philosophy and I know how to send an email. But I’m afraid when it comes to using chopsticks, I always fail, cause I’m just a clueless Westerner!
